Elevate Money makes commercial real estate investing approachable: own fractions of single-tenant, net-leased properties through an income-focused REIT, earn monthly dividends, and start from $100. I designed the brand, low friction onboarding, app experience, and investing flows.

Income-producing commercial real estate has long been gated behind accreditation and six-figure minimums. Elevate's bet was to open it up: pool investor capital into a REIT that buys single-tenant, net-leased buildings backed by creditworthy national tenants, and pass the rent back as monthly dividends.
The design challenge: make a genuinely complex asset feel as approachable as a savings app, without hiding the substance that makes it trustworthy.

Every property is rendered as a tangible 3D model with a plain-language summary and the Elevate Lens+ rating, a proprietary system that scores four aspects of a property into a single star figure, so investors can judge quality at a glance instead of wading through a prospectus.
The home leads with balance and a growth chart; auto-investing turns a one-time decision into a monthly habit; quick-invest tiles ($100 / $500 / custom) keep the act of buying in a single tap.

Investors own a slice of stabilized, net-leased commercial real estate and receive monthly dividend distributions, with the option to compound automatically. The product ships today as the STNL+ Income-Focused REIT.
The app, brand, and the Elevate Lens+ rating system I designed are the front door to that experience, turning a 100-year-old asset class into something you can hold in your pocket.
