These Terms govern your use of the Prime Tide Peptides website and services. By using the site or enrolling in a plan, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The content on this site is for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. Statements about peptides have not been evaluated by the FDA, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Treatment is provided only after evaluation by a licensed clinician and is not suitable for everyone. Always talk to your provider before starting any new treatment.
Eligibility & clinical review
You must be 18 or older and complete an honest health intake. A licensed clinician reviews every protocol and may decline to prescribe if it isn't appropriate for you. Prescriptions are issued solely at the clinician's discretion. You are not charged until a clinician approves your protocol.
Membership & billing
- Plans bill monthly. Your membership fee and the cost of your prescribed peptides recur each cycle until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Membership fees already billed are non-refundable.
- Prices are subject to change with notice.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful, personal purposes, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse, resell, or share prescribed products. Misuse may result in suspension of your account.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Tide is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
